car dancing

I was in a particularly good mood today as I drove to work. One of my favorite songs came on the radio and I started one of my favorite activities: dancing like a crazy person in the car.

I pulled up to a stop sign while trying to turn left onto a busy road. A good 2 minutes went by and I was loving the song and my dance moves. I’m sure I was singing along as well.

All the sudden, I locked eyes with a woman at the bus stop across the road from me. She had a huge smile on her face. I realized she’d probably had a front row seat to my 2 minute dance sequence.

I laughed, felt a bit embarrassed but decided to return to my head banging moment.

Don’t worry too much what people think of you. Live your life to honor and entertain God. We’re here to stir up the status quo, love others and serve always. Who cares if you’re caught being silly. 🙂
