ready or not

The sun came out today after two days of rain. I grabbed my bike and went out for a ride. I’ve been noticing leaves are starting to turn yellow as fall approaches. But it’s only August 29!

I don’t feel ready for fall. After our month of rain here, it feels like summer shouldn’t be over. But in Alaska, fall is coming quickly, whether I’m ready or not.

Reminds me we often have to make a physical decision to move on so we can be ready for the next thing. Anything you’re holding onto that’s over? You might be missing what’s next for you.
