One of my very best friends 🙂 I went to South Dakota to see my little sister graduate from college with honors! She’s going to be a fantastic elementary school teacher.

Aaron’s mom visited Ohio over a weekend and we went to one of Dayton’s metroparks for the day. This is our nephew, Kade, who we adore. 🙂
We went camping for the first time with two dogs. Yeehaw. For some reason, Callie continues to like Zoe’s bed more so they keep switching.
We did a Confirmation Retreat with 9 of our Frederick Pike teens. I continue to be amazed at the depth of connections that happen on overnight retreat events. I don’t know if it’s the getting away from home or disconnecting from phones & internet but I love retreats.
